*Check your order status online with provided tracking numbers (log on the carrier owns’ web site, for example: www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com... to trace the shipment routes and dates). We mainly use Fedex (USPS PO.BOX, addressses may incur additional fee), but we may use both if necessary at our decision. Note to us if specific carrier is preferred.
*Orders with a status of "Processing" can be canceled. Call our office number at 714-487-8971. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped it means that your order has left our distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier regional distribution center. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the products are picked up by shipping carrier drivers. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier regional center. A $11 cancellation fee (reroute fee) will be applied if it is shipped. We may use alternate shipping carriers to ensure the shipment ships out on time. Every order will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours; if no tracking confirmation is provided within the time frame, check in your account for status or problems (incorrect address, out of stock items etc...), email or call us at 714-487-8971 to resolve any problems. We are not responsible for wrong address deliveries, be sure to input the correct shipping address when placing the order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you must return the products for a full refund, provided it is in unused condition with all of its accessories, including original box (in good condition as it is received, and it is within 30 days of your invoice date. All USED merchandise returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus the shipping and handling charges, missing accessories or damaged will result in additional fees (New merchandise returned will exclude from restocking fee). Shipping and handling fees on return, exchange or refund merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. (Items with free shipping will be calculated based on the shipping rate postage from the returned box or from the actual shipping carrier whichever is available). Please give us 2-5 days for replacements or returns. Free shipping will not applied to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US.Virgin Island states, there is an additional shipping fee as merchandise will ship to these states by Air.
All items have a limited 90 days warranty and 30 days free replacements. This warranty does not cover: 1) Act of Nature 2) Changes, modifications 3) Used not in accordance with its directions 4) Finish (all or any portion of the product like discoloring, corrosion, fading as these are considered normal wear and tear) 5) Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper handling 6) Battery.
We shall not be liable on incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or arising out of breach of this warranty. All implied warranties, if any, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion or limitation may not applied to you. No other warranty, written or verbal will be honored for our products. This warranty grants you a specific legal rights, you may also have other legal rights which varies from state to state. No other warranties except those stated above. These implied warranty applied to the original purchasers through our website only, no exception. We will not refund for any returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).The RMA numbers will expire in two weeks after approval. Returned tracking numbers should provide to us for confirmation. Refunds will not be issued if the package is not received or being lost.
Replacements of Defective Items:
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 1 week (for damaged items the maximum time allowed is 2 weeks, for defective products up to 4 weeks, no exception), so that we may resolve the issue. We will repair, send parts, replacements or refund your money if the products are unavailable. On damaged products, pictures are acceptable (with the parts which are damaged; items are not required to be sent back, except on defective ones). However, if for any reason, pictures cannot be provided as proof of damages, items must be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection (prepaid postage is not covered by us). For a full refund, items must be sent back to us, shipping fee is customer's responsibility.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
